Ayr\u0131ca devletler ve \u015firketler uluslararas\u0131 alanda sat\u0131\u015f yaparak bu alandaki etkinli\u011fini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve \u00f6nemli i\u015f insan\u0131 da bu konuya dikkat \u00e7ekmekte, g\u00f6zetleme end\u00fcstrisine h\u00fckmedenin d\u00fcnyaya h\u00fckmedece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemektedirler.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Yapay zek\u00e2 kullanan sistemler o denli geli\u015fmi\u015ftir ki bir \u015fehirdeki su\u00e7lar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme oran\u0131 ve yeri %90 oran\u0131yla tahmin edilebilir hale gelmi\u015ftir. Hu Liu isimli \u00c7inli bir gazeteci BBC\u2019ye verdi\u011fi m\u00fclakatta kendisinin kameralarla s\u00fcrekli izlendi\u011fini, arkada\u015flar\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fckten sonra baz\u0131 yetkililer taraf\u0131ndan o ki\u015filerle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmemesi gerekti\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde uyar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kameradan elde edilen veriler insanlar\u0131n yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmelerini g\u00f6zetleme amac\u0131yla da kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. ABD, Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k, Almanya, Fransa da bu alanda \u00f6nemli akt\u00f6rler aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0<strong>Kitle \u0130zlemeleri (Mass Surveillance)<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>AIGS (Artificial Intelligence Global Surveillance) endeksine g\u00f6re d\u00fcnyada 76 \u00fclke aktif olarak kitlesel g\u00f6zetim yapmaktad\u0131r. Suudi Arabistan, \u00c7in ve Rusya kitlesel izlemeleri en fazla yapan \u00fclkelerden \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcyken onlar\u0131 eyaletlere \/ \u00fclkelere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6stermekle beraber ABD ve Avrupa \u00fclkeleri izlemektedir.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>Algoritmik \u00d6nyarg\u0131lar<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/datakapital.com\/blog\/kategori\/ar-ge\/yapay-zeka\/\">Yapay zek\u00e2n\u0131n g\u00f6zetleme teknolojisinde<\/a> kullan\u0131lmas\u0131nda ama\u00e7 g\u00fcvenlik olsa da insanlar i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 tehlikeler ba\u015f g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin yapay zek\u00e2n\u0131n su\u00e7lular\u0131n rengi, g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ile ona benzeyenleri ili\u015fkilendirme riski bulunmaktad\u0131r.
